Do I need to set up local companies to sell on foreign marketplaces?
Not necessarily. For Amazon EU you can operate with a single European Seller Central account and VAT registrations in the countries where stock is held. Rules vary for other marketplaces. We support you with fiscal and regulatory compliance for every platform and market.
How do you manage logistics across different marketplaces?
For Amazon we use Pan-European FBA to distribute stock across warehouses closest to customers. For other marketplaces we configure local 3PLs or optimised FBM solutions. The logistics strategy is tailored to balance delivery speed, costs and margins.
How do you optimise listings for different marketplaces?
Every marketplace has its own ranking algorithm. We conduct platform-specific keyword research, write titles and bullet points with native-language copywriters, create optimised A+ Content and test images for conversion rate. We don't translate — we localise natively.
What is the minimum budget to expand onto a new marketplace?
Budget varies based on the marketplace and catalogue. For Amazon EU we recommend a minimum of €3,000–€5,000 per month between advertising and management to achieve meaningful results. Smaller marketplaces such as Allegro or Bol.com can be approached with lower budgets. Logistics and compliance costs are additional.
